Shipping and Refund

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary according to the weight/ destination of your parcel, and no profit is made off of shipping costs. We only use trackable shipping to ensure the product can be tracked.

After placing your order, please allow 2-3 days for preparation of your product, you will receive a tracking number during this period once your package has been shipped out.

 


RETURN POLICY

We have a two week return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be refunded 

We will notify you once weve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Upon approval, please allow 2-3 days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund

DAMAGED ITEMS

Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, while sending out, (we mostly click a picture of the painting) or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue

All paintings is shipped within plastic wrap and with enough cushioning & protection during transportation. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as hand painted products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item
